TERMS OF SERVICE

Workmanship Assurance:

​

If you are not satisfied with the result of your alteration, we will re-alter it for you. Garments would need to be returned to us within 10 days from collection date.

In the unlikely event that the garment is damaged, you will be offered a mutually acceptable resolution.This will be at the managements discretion.

We do not compensate shipping/import charges if your items were purchased online.



Cancellation:

Customers must inform DS9 within 24 hours of order placement to cancel, hold or make an adjustment to an order.

We are unable to make changes past this time and you will incur 20% cancellation fee once the 24 hour window has passed.

For orders that do not proceed, all pins will be removed for safety reasons.

 

Payment:

​

Full prepayment is required on placement of order prior to services being rendered.

Self Pinned / Self Measured Items:

We do not accept responsibility for garments that have not been pinned on you by our tailors including items pinned in any retail store.

We do not accept responsibility for garments if measurements were provided by the customer. The alteration will be carried out according to your measurements/instructions.

For safety purposes, all pins will be removed if the order does not proceed.

Uncollected Garments:

​

Garments which are not picked up within 60 days (2 months) from drop off date will be discarded or donated to charity if we have been unable to contact you by SMS & phone.

 

Hygiene:

​

Alterations will only be performed on clean garments. We reserve the right to refuse unclean garments for health reasons.

​

Promotions:

​

Promotions may only be redeemed during the stated offer period and must be mentioned upon order.

Entertainer vouchers are redeemable digitally. Express service is excluded from all offers.

Promotions and offers cannot be combined.
